I worked for a company that produces email newsletters (such as the gap or newsletter etc.) for some of the largest online presences. When people reply to these emails, I am one of the few people who read their replies and make a decision as to what action to take. As most of these emails generally explicitly say do not reply, you can imagine the sort of people who respond to these emails. Enjoy!
